Managing Partner
Andrew Thriepland
Andrew’s background spans British military service, law, and nearly a decade in London’s property finance market as a mortgage advisor. Before SAS, he managed South-East Queensland’s largest privately held industrial portfolio — more than 100 properties — a role that demanded commercial discipline, structured risk management, and the kind of follow-through most agencies treat as optional.
At SAS, Andrew oversees commercial leasing, financial performance, arrears control, and the operational standards that determine whether a portfolio is genuinely protected or merely administered. For owners, that means someone with real commercial experience watching the decisions that matter.

Yasmina Darveniza
Yasmina’s background spans law, an MBA from London Business School, venture capital, and strategy consulting. She sits on the Property Council of Australia’s Queensland Industrial and Logistics Committee — reflecting the seriousness with which SAS approaches the commercial property sector.
Her role at SAS is to build the systems, standards, and client experience that serious investors should expect: proper documentation, clear communication, proactive compliance, and decisions made with the owner’s long-term position in mind. For owners, that means a business built around genuine commercial rigour — not agency convention.
Senior Commercial Property Manager
Cheryl Wilson
Cheryl brings more than 30 years of commercial property management experience, with a career spanning Westfield, Lendlease, JLL, Savills, Cromwell, Zupp Property Group, and McConaghy Group. She has managed everything from service stations and shopping centres to high-rise office towers — the full breadth of commercial asset classes most agencies manage only from a distance.
At SAS, Cheryl leads day-to-day commercial management with the institutional depth that private investors rarely access from a boutique agency. For owners, that means experienced, hands-on oversight — without the corporate overhead.
Senior Residential Property Manager
Brittney Anderson
Brittney is Gold Coast born and bred, with eight years of residential property management experience across the Gold Coast market. She joins SAS from Coronis, where she held a senior property management role.
Brittney is the primary day-to-day contact for SAS’s residential owners. For investors, that means a property manager who understands the local rental market, follows through on maintenance, stays ahead of tenancy matters, and communicates clearly — without needing to be chased.

Commercial Team
Our commercial team handles lease administration, outgoings reconciliation, tenant strategy, arrears, reporting, and maintenance oversight across office, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets. The team operates under direct oversight from Cheryl and the managing partners, with principal involvement on lease events, risk items and material decisions. No outsourcing.
Residential Team
Our residential team manages tenant relationships, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, arrears, compliance and documentation across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Each property is handled by a qualified property manager with direct oversight from Brittney and the managing partners. Owners deal with named contacts — not a call centre or a rotating pool of junior staff.
