6. Urgent maintenance and emergencies
General website forms and enquiry forms should not be relied on for urgent emergencies.

Tenants and occupants should follow the urgent repair or emergency maintenance process provided to them by SAS Property Managers, their tenancy documents, tenant portal or applicable tenancy legislation.
